These are general reminders based on HOA documents to help keep Bruce Meadows clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. They are not intended as enforcement notices. The official covenants and by-laws remain the governing documents.

Property Appearance

  • Keep yards neat and well maintained.
  • Avoid leaving items, debris, or materials in open view.

Trash & Garbage

  • Store trash containers neatly when not in use.
  • Avoid leaving garbage out longer than necessary.

Exterior Projects

  • Review HOA documents before major exterior changes.
  • Fences, sheds, additions, and other improvements should follow the recorded guidelines.

Pets

  • Household pets are welcome.
  • Please keep pets controlled and respectful of neighbors.

Pond & Common Areas

  • Use common areas responsibly.
